The Purpose Of Life From The View Point Of Islam

Posted on July 27th, 2011 by admin  |  No Comments »

At some point in time, all individuals ask the question that what is the purpose and aim of their life. They are fed up of their monotonous routine and they fail to understand what the purpose of working, sleeping, eating or carrying on with all other activities of life is.

There are many things that humans perform during the day without even thinking about the purpose and need of those things. People who have money do not think once before spending money on materialistic things. These people might be dining in five star hotels while the poor sleep foodless at nights because they did not have enough money for two meals.

If you read the Quran and understand its meaning, you will also understand the purpose of this life. You will also understand why humans were brought into this world and why worshipping and praying is so important in Islam.

“To Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth; and Allah hath power over all things. Behold! In the creation of the heavens and the earth, and the alternation of night and day, there are indeed Signs for men of understanding…” (Surah Aal-e-Imraan: 03; Ayahs: 189-195)

These verses from the Quran show that Allah is the Master of the Universe. He has absolute power and mankind was created to worship Him. It is not that He lacks faithful and obedient servants. He has angels that worship Him at all times of the day, but the purpose of the life of a human being is to worship Allah and understand His blessings. Only Quran learning can teach Muslims the true purpose and meaning of their life.

Living In The Cave – The Sacrifice Of The Prophet And His Companion

Posted on July 22nd, 2011 by admin  |  2 Comments »

When the Prophet (PBUH) and his companion Abu Bakr were migrating to Medina, the Prophet (PBUH) and Abu Bakr (RA) stayed at the cave of Thawr for some time to hide from the people of Makkah. Abu Bakr carried the Prophet (PBUH) to a cave on the mountain. He first entered the cave himself to ensure that the cave was safe for the Prophet of Allah.

As soon as he entered, he closed all the holes in the cave with a piece of cloth and also cleaned the cave for the Prophet (PBUH). The Prophet (PBUH) went in and rested his head in the lap of Abu Bakr and fell asleep. While the Prophet (PBUH) was sleeping on the lap of Abu Bakr, his feet got stung by a poisonous insect. The stung hurt so much that tears fell from the eyes Abu Bakr. When his tears fell on the face of the Prophet (PBUH), the Prophet woke up and applied his saliva on the foot. The pain diminished almost instantly.

The Prophet (PBUH) and Abu Bakr stayed in the cave for three nights. The son of Abu Bakr, Abdullah would bring them news of Makkah and would stay the night with them. He would then leave early in the morning and mixed with the Makkans to gather important news without alerting them.

For the safety of the Prophet (PBUH) and for Islam, the companions of the Prophet (PBUH) sacrificed everything. These sacrifices make Muslims of this age realize what the love of Allah is. It is important for all Muslims to register their children into a Quran school so that they get all the important information about Islam and its teachings.

Guidance About Ablution Before Prayer

Posted on June 28th, 2011 by admin  |  1 Comment »

When I was learning the holy Quran in the age of 7, my Quran Teacher told me that for every Muslim it is significant to perform an abulation with clean water before worship and prayer. Abulation or WUDU exactly means training yourself for prayer by cleaning yourself physically and spiritually. As our beloved prophet (p.b.u.h) said that “The key to heaven is Prayer and the key to prayer is Cleanliness.” The five time prayer is mandatory for all Muslims everyday and it will not be acceptable without abulation. Here we will share some steps to do abulation in proper way as our beloved prophet (p.b.u.h) performed.

You must have the intention for abulation before the prayer in your mind. It will automatically clean you spiritually as your mind and heart will be clear from all evils when you will plan for abulation and then prayer.

Appeal to Allah when you start abulation by saying Bismillah that means “in the name of Allah”. In this way Satan will not come to misguide you.

Wash your hands up to the wrists and run the water in figure, perform it three times. Clean the mouth three times with water; make sure that there is no food left in mouth.

Inhale the water in to your nose to clean it three times.

Wash face three times from forehead to the chin.

Clean the arms three times to the elbows and start from the right side.

Pass the wet hands over the head to the neck and wipe the earlobes with forefinger and use thumb to clear outer side of the ears three times.

Finally, clean foot three times with water up to the ankles. Make sure no part should left dry.

Insha’Allah this will work for you and for more guidance consults your Quran Teacher to pleas Allah.

Privileges Of Non Muslims In Islam!

Posted on June 6th, 2011 by admin  |  No Comments »

Our religion orders us to behave gently and honestly to all non-Muslims but if they resist and dominate Muslims or put hurdles in the way of Islam then you are allowed to take action but still mannerly because when you Quran Recitation you can realize that Allah Almighty tells us at every step of Quran that how to behave with non-Muslims and non-believers.

Þ     We should not focus on the religious difference because it is the matter of Allah who decides what for whom. E are not allowed to be harsh to them and not allowed to give them any kind of reward for their faith. “And had your Lord forced, those on earth would have believed, all of them together. So, will you (O Muhammad) then oblige mankind, until they become believers?” (Yunus: 99)

Þ     Allah has predetermined righteousness and the paramount of morality. In Islam domination is repudiate against all mankind and Allah endangered all tormenters. Muhammad (p.b.u.h) said that:“Be careful the supplication of the subjugated, for certainly there is no obstacle between it and Allah” (Al-Bukhari)

Þ     Islam restricted to discuss religious issues with nastiness and disgust as they may have the bad feelings and provoke intolerance. “And squabble not with the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians), except it be in (a way) that is better (with good words and in good manner, appealing them to Islamic Monotheism with His Verses), excluding with such of them as do wrong, and say (to them): “We believe in that which has been revealed to us and revealed to you; our Allah  and your Allah (God) is One, and to Him we have surrendered (as Muslims).” (Al-Ankabut:46)

We all should do efforts to make the good environment with our relatives and parents no matter what faith they have. Try to develop peace with the help of Quran Recitation in all communities of different religions. Avoid to abuse to those who worship beside Allah because they may say some abusive words to your religion that would be unbearable then.

How To Behave With Your Teachers

Posted on June 2nd, 2011 by admin  |  No Comments »

Islam gives a significant attention and respect to teachers because they play a vital role to developing behaviors of individuals and communities. They give us a very special gift called knowledge (ilm). This gift brings us closer to Allah and makes us better people. The best of teachers were the prophets and Muhammad (SAWW) was the last of these great teachers. He taught us about Allah and living our lives. Even today, we love and respect our Prophet (SAWW) and follow his advice.

Parents should try taught the child about respect of teacher, it is very necessary and students should have to show good behaves with Teachers in Islamic School:

  • Always maintain discipline in class because all Islamic teachers are disciplinarians.
  • Never forget to greet them in the morning and evening. Thank her always after the class.
  • Ask them sorry immediately if you have done anything wrong.
  • Remember not to divert attention of the other students in the class.
  • Always maintain an eye contact with your teacher so that they understand that you are a good listener in the class.
  • Sitting in the first row is a good idea to pay attention.
  • Give them due respect while talking. Avoid calling out their names loud. Do not call your teachers by their first names. Address them as Sir or Madam.
  • Avoid making argumentative comments with your teacher.
  • Do not interrupt while your teacher is teaching. Keep your doubts for the end. Raise your hands rather than shouting aloud.
  • Try to put in more effort to improve your grades.
  • Get yourself motivated to learn more and research further on what you are learning. Ensure that you are emotionally and mentally receptive to your teacher.

Our last Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (SAWW) cared for teachers and strictly ordered to pay respect for teachers. “Once upon a time, He (SAWW) passed by two circles of people; the first was supplicating to Allah while the other listening to a teacher. He commented, “The first is begging Allah who may or may not give them. The second was learning. I have been sent as teacher.” Hence, he joined the second”. This is the best example of the Prophet’s encouraging education and teaching.

In Islam, the concept of worship liberates us from all the worries because all we do is just for the sake of Allah Almighty, for the sake of gratitude, for obedience or for the sake of reward by Allah for the next life. But most of the time we do for the sake of personal problems, for others.

We can build more social relationships by doing worship to Allah. The best example is to offer prayer in masjid with other people so that it will help to interact to each other. Avoid speaking ill of others as it can reduce the Sawab or good deeds. We should spend time with righteous people to avoid injustice speech.

Islam’s Perspective About To Kill A Person

Posted on May 23rd, 2011 by admin  |  No Comments »

Idol worship (Shirk) is the most major sin among all. It means to associate anyone or anything with Almighty Allah and the second most major sin is to kill an innocent or a person who has done nothing wrong with anybody. Allah says in Quran:

“Whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land – it is as if he had slain mankind entirely & whoever saves one – it is as he had saved mankind entirely.” (Surah al-Maida, ayah: 32)

Through Online Quran Learning we can get more clear understanding about this verse and topic. To kill a person unjusticly is a terrible sin. It is like to kill the whole mankind by killing one person. So never take it too slightly or regard it small sin. Allah says in Quran (Surah Nisa) that if you kill an innocent person for no reason then your final home is Hell where you have to live forever. And according to Allah Almighty it is worse to kill a believer or innocent rather than to destroy the entire world.

So, the believer or innocent person is most important for Allah as compare to anything else in the world or even the entire universe itself. Our beloved Prophet (p.b.u.h) strongly prohibited to kill innocent people. We will elaborate more by mentioning a Hadith here. Before entering in battle Muhammad (p.b.u.h) advised to his soldiers: “Do not kill any child, any woman, or any elderly or sick person.” (Sunan Abu Dawood)

We can come to know the importance of innocent or believer in Allah’s court by mentioning another Hadith reference: Muhammad (p.b.u.h) said that if all the major strengths of the world including earth and sky will come to kill innocent person, Allah will put everyone in the fire of hell to protect that innocent person. The scenario can’t be changed if large number of people is not against with injustice

If a person does murder of anyone who was the close relative of him, he will loses the right of heritage. We can take the example of mother or father; if they are killed by his son then the son will lose all the rights of heritage. Islam called the person Terrible who does this major sin. Online Quran Learning is the service that helps us to look beyond this life. I’ll end this discussion by adding a warning from Muhammad (p.b.u.h): “If a man helps to kill a Muslim with only one word, this is written on his forehead in the afterlife”. I am sure a Muslim, can never commit such a dreadful sin ever. You can paste freely your opinion about this discussion. Jazak Allah Khair

Islam Just Not End On Rituals

Posted on May 17th, 2011 by admin  |  No Comments »

Mehmood madni faction of the jamiat-ul-ulma-e-hind passed a resolution at managing committee’s meeting that was held in New Delhi on 7, March, in which he stated that: “Muslims should be convinced for namaz as a regular practice and fast during Ramadan month. Youth must practice to say Salam to everyone and create the Islamic environment at your homes.” You can adopt all the rules and practices of Islam by doing Online Quran reading in which expert tutors are teaching Quran and basic Islamic knowledge.

The (JUH) also did setup for social reform and insured Islamic rules and social norms in Muslim towns and in villages. Salaah and FASTING are two most important pillars of Islam and these worships are obligatory for Muslims but we can’t say or tag these worships as mere rituals. But unfortunately this committee (JUH) restricted Islam in mere ritual in five pillars of Islam (Shahada, Salaah, Sawm, Zakat, and Hajj). The veil or burqa is also the part of this characterization. Is this the same Islam or religion that our beloved prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h) propagated?

Quran reading with in depth thinking and understanding is help full to realize that Islam is not the religion of personal ritualisation. In fact Islam is the combination of moral and virtual codes of life. Five pillars of Islam that these people indicate the signs of ritualisation are indicating towards the right direction towards Allah and heaven.

Take the example of Salaah that address towards unity irrespective of personal social or financial status. Sawm that teaches us to bear the hunger and feel how the poor lives their life and it is also the blessing from Allah so we must thank to Allah for every kindness from him. Zakat gives us the lesson about equal distribution of wealth and help out to reduce the poverty. Finally Hajj is the international conference that held every year to discuss global issues.

The concept of ritualism is raised due to the misconceptions about the Quranic term DEEN that is wrongly equated with Mazhab (religion). The true meaning of Islam can be prominent to all of us if we do focus on Online Quran learning as soon as possible to be a good mankind in front of Allah Almighty.

Major Misconceptions About Islam

Posted on May 2nd, 2011 by admin  |  No Comments »

Other religion communities have so many misconceptions about true Islam. Quran is the Arabic word which means “peace”. Quran is revealed from Allah to Muhammad (p.b.u.h) in almost 23 years, it is written down or compiled by the companions of Muhammad (p.b.u.h) Quran words can’t be changed as these are the words of Allah almighty and obviously. Through Quran Recitation we can come to the reality that Allah has more knowledge then mankind.

The main cause behind misconceptions is illiteracy .people does not try to understand the exact meaning of Quran verses. Simple reading is not enough; we strongly need to know word to word meaning of Quran. The meaning of Quran is so twisted so that people mixed it up and got confused.

Our prophet is the great example of how to live life according to the teachings of Islam and but the way people think about him it is disgusting. Illiterate people think him as he is pedophile. It’s far away of my thinking that how people can think like this? .Muhammad married almost eleven or thirteen women. The cause behind these marriages was just to help out the widows or orphans as he was having so peaceful nature and so kind to everyone.

Islam never welcomes violence. Think deeply so that you can get idea that we always say peace be upon him with the name of Muhammad. The terrorists are unaware from such kind of things. Through Quran Recitation we can understand the teachings of Islam. Islam teaches us about the privacy and property of the people. Islam strictly forbid to kill any living animal specially children as they are innocent. Hijab is the ultimate protector of women especially in crowed.

FBI terrorist report shows that all terrorists are not Muslim and all Muslims are not terrorist. Our religion does not allow self torture but advised us to be moderate in every aspect of life. It’s clear now that there is no relation between Islam and 9/11. Media plays a vital role to let down Islam; it shows the picture that has no existence ever. If they see gun in Muslim hand they think that they are violent. Can’t they think that gun can also be used for the sake of defense? This is my last but not least question to all mankind.
