BursitisBone is the hard part of the body. A number of bones are connected together but we see that there is no friction in the bones when they are attached together this is due to the fluid in sacs that is at the friction areas so that they can move easily. These sacs are called bursae. These friction areas are:

  • Between bones
  • Between tendons and bones.
  • Between tendons and skin
  • Bone and skin.

These parts are lubricated by the help of bursae and if any injury occurs in the bursae it leads to bursitis. Bursitis can occur due to any activity that exerts pressure on the joints or due to a trauma. This problem puts the movements of the patient at unease and pain. This is highly painful. Patients panic and instead of having a chronic pain treatment they rush to the medical store for OTC.
